Golf in Half Moon Bay

A trip to Half Moon Bay is not complete until you have played a round of Half Moon Bay golf at our world-famous golf courses. Half Moon Bay Golf Links features two award-winning 18-hole championship golf courses overlooking the Pacific Ocean, a high-profile golf shop with the very latest in men's and women's golf apparel and Caddy's ocean view bar and grill serving fine contemporary cuisine.

The Old Course (The Links Course)

The Old Course, formerly known as the Links Course, was originally designed by Francis Duane and Arnold Palmer in 1973 and redesigned by Arthur Hills in 2000.

Several species of trees including Cypress, Monterey and New Zealand Christmas line the fairway and surround the generous, yet challenging greens.

The Ocean Course

An oceanfront course in the tradition of Scotland 's finest "links" courses. Award-winning golf architect Arthur Hills has used his immense design talent to create a links course that promises to rival those in Scotland. This course offers picturesque ocean views and challenging golf in an ideal setting.

The Ocean Course exemplifies the true definition of a links course: a golf course along an oceanfront or seaside unaffected by the intrusion of houses or roadways. What's more, the Ocean Course offers an ocean view from each of the 18 holes. It feels like Scotland.

Golf Shop

The new 2,000 square foot, top-of-the-line, Golf Shop is the central location for all golf operations including check in, equipment rentals, and spike changes.

The Golf Shop features the finest selection of apparel from Cutter & Buck, Hanasport, St. Croix , Nike and Ashworth. You will find a large variety of name brand equipment, as well as Half Moon Bay Golf Links logoed merchandise.

Mullins is located at Half Moon Bay Golf Links. This fine restaurant overlooks one of America 's top 100 golf holes and the beautiful Pacific Ocean . You don't have to be a golfer to enjoy the finest in contemporary cuisine. Rich greens, light wood and glass chandeliers create a warm, friendly atmosphere, perfect for any occasion.
